The educational scenario is passing through a great paradgim. The modern technology, has made the world a very small place. New innovation, new methodology of teaching - learning process is a need of the time. The old chalk and talk method is replaced by skill based learning proces. Skill based learning means developing skills among the students to make learning more meaningful, practical, presentable and useful for life. Only bookish knowledge, rote learning without understanding, faulty evalution system does not help human in contributing in the society as a intellectual productive independent human being. We all want our children to be knowledgable and good human being but the system does not make them so. Here the skill based learning helps them in putting theory into practice.
