Mira School is an offering
to the Mother and Sri Aurobindo. The Mother, whose name
was Mirra Alfissi,
was a French lady and together they established their ashram
in Pondicherry. Their spiritualism and philosophy encompasseed
many facets of life. They believed that education is a life-long
process that brings together the physical, vital, mental,
psychic and spiritual elements in the personality.

the happy school is based on the ideal of integral
education, combining the spirit of the East and the
scientific temper of the West. It sets the faith in

horse riding, photography, swimming, cricket, badminton,
basketball, etc, which maintain the child's overall

Picnics, camps, fields trips,
annual day, fun-fair, garba, sports day, celebration
of all the festivals......
The School also conducts an activity filled programme
during summer (Mira's little wonder vacation camp)
which also wecomes students from other schools.
